1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to United Kingdom mainland addresses only.

Some remote or offshore postcodes may require additional delivery time or incur extra charges. Where applicable, customers will be notified before dispatch.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery time: 5–7 working days

  • This timeframe applies to all products, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is confirmed.

Please note: All delivery timelines displayed on this website are aligned with our Google Merchant Center delivery settings.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Most Casani products are made to order and begin processing shortly after purchase.

  • Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled (please see our Returns & Refunds Policy).

  • Made-to-order items are still delivered within the stated 5–7 working day delivery window unless the customer is notified otherwise.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free UK delivery applies to eligible orders, based on order value.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout where applicable.

  • There is no delivery charge for standard UK mainland delivery when the order qualifies for free shipping.

5. Additional Delivery Services (Optional)

The following services may be available at an additional cost:

  • Room of choice delivery

  • Assembly services

These options, if selected, will be clearly shown during checkout.

6. Delivery Method

  • Deliveries are completed via our approved logistics partners.

  • Standard delivery is curbside/doorstep delivery unless an upgraded service is selected.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring access is suitable for delivery.

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Unavailability at the delivery location

  • Refusal of delivery without prior cancellation

Additional delivery or return charges may apply.
