1 . Overview

At Casani Home Ltd, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. While we are proud of the quality of our handcrafted furniture, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. This policy explains our procedures for returns, damages, and cancellations to ensure a simple and stress-free experience.

2. Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Collection Fee: If you would like us to arrange a courier collection, a £75 collection fee will apply. This covers the cost of safely transporting the item back to our facility.

Self-Return: Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own return shipping at your own expense.

3. Damages and Faults

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we will arrange an exchange to put things right.

48-Hour Reporting Window: All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please email info@casani.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Delivery Inspection: Our delivery partners will allow you time to check your goods before signing. Please note that signing the delivery note "in good condition" may affect the outcome of a damage claim.

4. Cancellations and Restocking Fees

Because our items are often made-to-order, specific fees apply if an order is cancelled or returned due to external factors:

Fit and Access : A 50% restocking fee will apply if the goods do not fit into your home (including access issues such as doorways, stairways, or hallways).

Post-Delivery Cancellation : A 50% restocking fee also applies if you wish to return or cancel your order after it has already been delivered.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 working days after the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing fault.
