Doorstep deliveryFree

Your order will be delivered to the ground floor or doorstep.

Room of choice deliveryPaid service

Available for select items. Our team will deliver your item directly to the room of your choice.

Assembly servicePaid service

Available for beds and mattresses only. Includes full assembly in your chosen room.

Postcode & Additional Charges

We strive to deliver to as many postcodes as possible.

Additional delivery charges may apply for the following areas:

  • Northern Ireland: BT
  • Republic of Ireland: Eire
  • PA1–PA39, KY1–KY16, FK1–FK21, PH1–PH31
  • IV1–IV42, IV44–IV51, AB1–AB56
  • DD1–DD11, KW1–KW14

You will be notified before your order is processed if extra charges apply.

Restricted or unavailable delivery areas

We are unable to deliver directly to the following postcodes. Depending on the product, we may be able to:

  • Arrange collection from our warehouse
  • Deliver to the closest reachable postcode, and you can arrange onward delivery via an independent courier

Postcodes we can’t deliver to directly:

  • Scotland: KW15–KW17, PH45–PH50, PA40–PA78, IV63
  • Isle of Arran & Great Cumbrae: KA27, KA28
  • Cornwall (Truro): TR21–TR25
  • Shetland Islands: ZE
  • Jersey: JE
  • Guernsey: GY
  • Western Isles: HS
  • Isle of Man: IM

Important Notes

  • Always check your stairways, doors, and access routes before delivery.
  • Failed deliveries or missed appointments may incur redelivery charges.
  • Delivery times are generally 7–10 working days, though some postcodes may take longer.
