Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with Casani Home Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website www.casani.co.uk. Please read carefully before placing an order. By ordering with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

  • Beds and some furniture items are made to order. This means they are bespoke, handmade products crafted to your specifications.
  • Once confirmed, made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of fault.
  • Handmade items are subject to industry-standard tolerances; minor variations in measurements, stitching, or finish are normal and not considered faults.
  • Different fabrics sit and stretch differently on upholstered items, which may create slight differences in appearance compared to samples or product images.
  • For non–made-to-order items (such as selected furniture and accessories), orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, they can only be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2. Prices & Payment

  • Prices shown on our website are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
    Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
  • We accept payment by debit/credit card, Klarna, Clearpay, and other methods displayed at checkout.

3. Errors & Omissions

  • We take care to ensure all prices, product descriptions, and dimensions on our website are accurate.
  • If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You may then:
    1. Reconfirm your order at the correct price/specification, or
    2. Cancel your order for a full refund.
  • We are under no obligation to fulfil an order at an incorrect price if the error is obvious.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery lead times are estimated and provided in your order confirmation.
  • Deliveries are carried out by independent third-party couriers, depending on the size and type of delivery chosen.
  • Standard delivery is to the ground floor and doorstep only. Assembly or room-of-choice delivery must be booked separately.
  • Customers must measure stairways, doors, and access routes; if an item cannot be delivered due to insufficient access, the courier will not accept a return and delivery/assembly charges remain payable.
  • We are not liable for delays, lost earnings, or damages arising from courier delays or other factors outside our control.
  • Failed deliveries or missed appointments may incur a redelivery charge.

5. Returns, Faults & Warranty

  • Please check your item on delivery and notify us of any damage or defect within 24 hours by emailing info@casani.co.uk with your order number as the subject and photos of the issue.
  • If a fault develops after delivery, we may, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.
  • All products include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
    For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once unwrapped unless faulty.
    Beds and other made-to-order items cannot be returned or cancelled after confirmation except in cases of fault.
  • Non-fault returns for non-made-to-order items may be accepted at our discretion and will incur:
  • A restocking/admin fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase, and in a resaleable condition.

6. Product Information

  • Colours, finishes, fabrics, and materials may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or supplier variations.
  • Free fabric swatches are available upon request.
  • Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profits, business, goodwill, or data.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to goods supplied shall not exceed the price paid for those goods.

8. Warranties & Guarantees

  • All products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults.
  • This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, fair wear and tear, or unauthorised alterations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
