Who can use Clearpay?
You need to be 18 or over, live in the UK and be approved by Clearpay. Clearpay decides whether to approve each order when you check out.
Is Clearpay available on every order?
Clearpay is offered at our checkout, subject to Clearpay’s approval and spending limits. If it isn’t shown for your order, you can choose Klarna, or pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay instead.
Are there any fees?
There’s no interest when you pay on time. Late fees may apply if a payment is missed, and paying late could affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future.
What happens if I return something?
Once we’ve processed your return and refund, Clearpay updates your payment plan. You’ll see the change in the Clearpay app.
How do I manage my payments?
Use the Clearpay app or log in at clearpay.co.uk to see your plan, make a payment early or contact Clearpay about your payments.
