If you choose to opt for a higher headboard, the bed will undergo some adjustments to accomodate the change, such as an increase in height of the bed side panels for better support.
If you are opting for a divan base in the storage options then the frame will be adjusted to work with the divan base and hence will be without feet. Please note lead time on metal beds is 2-4 weeks.
